Dolazimo u restoran i sjedamo za stol ,
nakon 15 minuta dolazi konobar i veli nam da moramo ustati da je stol rezerviran i da nije stigao staviti “rezervirano” jer su gosti ustali prije 1 minute, a mi sjedimo 15 min . Nevjerojatno! Ono što je najgore u svemu konobar to radi na totalno neprofesionalan način , bezobrazan ,bahat i nije ponudio alternativno rješenje. Na naše inzistiranje da pozove voditelja, on je to učinio . Dolazi voditelj koji jednostavno nije dorastao toj ulozi . Nakon što smo mu objasnili cijelu situaciju, on odgovara “razumijem Vas, upravu ste” , ali što je mene fasciniralo niti on ne ne nudi alternativno rješenje. Ok ne možete ovdje sjesti, ali evo uskoro će biti mjesto za drugim stolom.
Kako se bavim istim poslom, ovakve treba prokazati , jer zbog ovakvih sve ugostitelje stavljaju u isti koš. Odvratno iskustvo.

One of the most unpleasant experiences in Bol.
We come to a restaurant and we sit down at a table,
after 15 minutes the waiter arrives and tells us that we have to get up that the table is reserved and that he has not arrived to put “reserved” because the guests got up 1 minute ago and we sit for 15 min. Incredibly! Worst of all, the waiter does this in a totally unprofessional way, cheeky, arrogant and offered no alternative solution. At our insistence that he call the leader, he did so. There comes a leader who just didn't live up to the role. After explaining the whole situation to him, he replies "I understand you are right", but what fascinated me was that he did not offer an alternative solution. Ok you can't sit here, but here soon there will be a place at another table.
As I do the same business, this kind of needs to be shown, because because of this they put all the caterers in the same basket. Awesome experience.
