Dear ms. Posavec, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. In particular, we apologize that the calamari and Swiss chard were served cold and that you felt our waiter did not show the level of care and attention you deserved. This is certainly not the standard of service we strive to provide. We also appreciate your comments regarding the fan on the terrace. During the warmer months, we use it to help keep our guests comfortable, but we are always happy to switch it off or adjust it whenever a guest finds it uncomfortable. Please do not hesitate to let our staff know, and we will gladly accommodate such requests. While we are pleased that you found the pizza satisfactory, we regret that your overall visit was not up to your expectations.
