The rating applies only to the service. The original plan was to eat at this restaurant. But it didn't get that far because the tone was simply catastrophic. I myself also work in the catering industry. So I can say from my own experience that gastronomy management can't always be easy. There are also always customers with very specific ideas, which are not always easy to fulfill. For these reasons, I'm very accommodating myself, because I know it's not always easy. However, I have never experienced such poor service. To describe the tone as grumpy would be a compliment. It was downright cheeky. So I asked for the invoice because I will definitely no longer be a paying customer in such an environment. Finally, I gave some well-written and politely worded feedback that something like that was not acceptable. At the end they called out: “Lick my ass” Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
