Se hai fame dopo aver guardato il Peterskirche, vieni in questo ristorante per pranzare. La cucina turca che fanno qui è apprezzata da tutti i visitatori. I gustosi doner, insalate e filetto americano potrebbero farti una buona impressione. Vieni qui quando hai fame di curatissima baklava. Inizia il pasto con degli ottimi vino o birra. Ordinare fantastico tè è una ottima scelta.

Pinar Restaurant is one of the most authentic Turkish places in Basel and the surrounding area. Their Döner is by far the best in the city. Most other places in Basel use processed meat from a factory that arrives frozen, but at Pinar everything is homemade and simply perfect!!!! So juicy! The open kitchen lets you watch them cook, and it is immediately clear that they are highly professional. The flavors are authentic and outstanding. The bread is light and fluffy like clouds, and together with the Döner meat and their perfectly seasoned salad, it creates a dish of absolute perfection. This is a place that deserves 5 out of 5. I am truly happy that Pinar exists in Basel. ⸻ Deutsch Das Restaurant Pinar gehört zu den authentischsten türkischen Lokalen in Basel und Umgebung. Ihr Döner ist mit Abstand der beste in der Stadt. Während die meisten anderen Orte in Basel verarbeitetes, tiefgefrorenes Fleisch verwenden, ist bei Pinar alles hausgemacht und einfach perfekt. So juicy!!!!! In der offenen Küche kann man beim Kochen zusehen und sofort erkennen, dass hier Profis am Werk sind. Die Aromen sind authentisch und hervorragend. Das Brot ist leicht und fluffig wie Wolken, und zusammen mit dem Dönerfleisch und dem perfekt gewürzten Salat entsteht ein Gericht von absoluter Vollkommenheit. Dieser Ort verdient 5 von 5 Punkten.
