We were there for the third time today and it was just perfect. As always! It starts with warm and professional service. You immediately feel very cared for and comfortable. The choice of food is very extensive and there is something for everyone. The fish offerings are particularly delicious. The food is excellent and leaves nothing to be desired. During my recent visit to the Ochsen Restaurant in Thal, I had the pleasure of living an unparalleled culinary experience, thanks to the mastery of Chef Domenico and the impeccable welcome of the dining room manager, Sebastiano. Chef Domenico brought to the table the true spirit of Italian cuisine, enriched by that precision and warmth that only the Swiss culinary tradition can offer. Each dish was a masterpiece, with a unique flavour, reflecting the passion and art of high-quality cuisine. The fusion of flavors was such as to make every bite a memorable experience, inciting the desire to return again. The Director Sebastiano took care of every detail of the service with exemplary professionalism, making the atmosphere of the place welcoming and refined, perfect for an evening special. His attention to customers and his ability to anticipate every need significantly enriched our experience. I highly recommend a visit to the Ochsen Restaurant, not only for lovers of good food, but for anyone who wishes to savor the excellence of dishes that shine for inventiveness and taste, served in an elegant and welcoming environment.
