Due to the uncertain weather conditions, we even prepared 1 table in the restaurant and 1 table on the garden terrace. Unfortunately, I can't understand why the "service lady didn't know anything about it," as you write. We write the name of the reservation on each table. Did you say that name “loud and clear” when you arrived? In any case, your table worked. Nice. We were very busy that Friday; some guests really wanted to sit inside, others on the garden terrace. Some guests had already taken a seat outside and then preferred to sit in the restaurant - and showed little understanding that this resulted in small delays in service. It can happen that we sometimes show that we are a little annoyed. We therefore apologize.
