Tutto bellissimo, ormeggi con doppio corpo morto e raccolta spazzatura differenziata. Purtroppo la pace di un oasi riserva naturale tristemente rovinata da un catamarano con generatore acceso giorno e NOTTE e nonostante la segnalazione educata l'ormeggiatore non gli ha detto nulla. We had a wonderful dinner at Restaurant Moster on Šćedro Island. The grilled gof (amberjack) and scarlet fish were exceptionally fresh and cooked perfectly over the BBQ, allowing the natural flavors of the fish to shine. The potato salad was simple, authentic, and the perfect accompaniment to the seafood. The BBQ vegetable platter was equally impressive—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Combined with the stunning setting in Moster Bay and the warm hospitality, it made for an unforgettable Dalmatian dining experience. Moster is one of those rare places where you truly feel you are seeing “the Mediterranean as it once was.” The combination of traditional food, crystal-clear water, unspoiled nature, and genuine hospitality creates an atmosphere that is increasingly hard to find. If you’re sailing around Hvar or visiting Šćedro, this restaurant is an absolute must. Fresh fish, excellent food, genuine hospitality, and a magical atmosphere right by the sea.
