This restaurant was recommended for fondue. When we arrived, the waitress did not understand what we said in English (that we wanted fondue), and she told us to sit down. In Spanish (which is not our language), she asked what we wanted to drink. At that moment, we said we did not want a drink, but we wanted fondue. She was rude when she said "Impossible", without explaining why she would not serve it. She asked us why we did not drink anything. We reiterated that we did not want it now. She kept saying "Impossible". Terrible, rude service. We will not be back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Chère madame Comme vous l’avez bien mentionné, vous avez commandé une fondue en étant persuadé que notre personnel devait savoir l’anglais et de plus vous avez omis de préciser dans votre commentaire qu’il était 16:00. Notre service de cuisine n’est pas non-stop et il était difficile dès lors pour notre collaboratrice de vous l’expliquer. Je vous encourage à revenir un autre jour lorsque la cuisine sera ouverte.
