Located in the heart of Nidau, not far from the train station, this restaurant was a good find for me on my return from Bienne. A warm, friendly setting and a peaceful atmosphere. Friendly welcome (in German then in French) and fast service, impeccable even at the end of lunch service. The summer menu offers a wide selection of traditional culinary delights using fresh local ingredients. The lunch menu was offered to me spontaneously, beef fillet served in the garden, with its creamy Risotto, and a small mixed salad from the market for 19.-. Delicious ! The restaurant, rather discreet and on the main road, also has an equipped garden at the back (removable roof, parasols, refreshment bar, grill, etc.). Peaceful summer atmosphere with the possibility of grilled meats and refined desserts. To try. I highly recommend.
