Dear Zohre Mohammadi, We were surprised to read your review and feel it presents a misleading account of what actually occurred. When you arrived, our staff kindly asked for a brief moment to seat your family properly, as the restaurant was in the process of managing several guests. Unfortunately, our staff experienced significant pressure from your group, including refusal to wait and unkind words toward them. Despite the situation, menus were provided in good faith, and we still tried to accommodate you. The decision not to proceed with service was made based on the behavior witnessed — not on your language, appearance, or nationality. Our team is trained to handle guests with respect, and we expect the same in return. Our restaurant has always and will continue to welcome every respectful guest despite their background !
