Il personale molto cordiale, il bagno fatiscente, al terzo piano l'wify inesistente, la colazione molto scarsa. .

The NEP Switzerland Crew was allowed to produce the U18 Ice Hockey World Championships in Ajoie and Basel for TSN. It goes without saying that all the hotels around the ice rink and surrounding villages were fully booked. Porrentruy is a beautiful town, almost without exception very friendly and great people. The old town is a force. Clean and groomed. Quite the opposite of the hotel and its employees. The hotel is old - that alone doesn't bother us. The rooms would actually be nice and you could feel comfortable. But: the rooms are dirty, smell of fat and kitchen. The smells burned into the curtains and mattress. We stayed 10 days. It was never vacuumed, never dusted, no dishes cleared away, no bed linen changed, which should actually be the case after 5 days. The toilet and shower were never cleaned. We folded the shower carpet wet and put it in front of the shower. The rooms are Spartansich equipped, everything is missing for a longer stay. The furniture is broken, the WLAN signal is hardly available, the TV is a complete disaster (the dust was never wiped here either). Apart from the fact that the chef knows neither ventilation nor windows, the food was very tasty. The arrogant staff, whispering behind the guest's back, takes the wrong orders and, thanks to the wrong order being taken, is not ready to adjust the billing in favor of the guest. The service is a pure disaster. So you would like to orientate yourself on the French haute cuisine and have not found the way. The breakfast is a pathetic cheek. After consultation with the organizers, the gérant of this establishment asked for a 20 percent surcharge for the hockey days when the offer was made. In my very personal opinion, every "reasonable" hotelier would have given the organizers a hammer price (price reduction for 3 weeks full house) and made sure that Porrentruy and this hotel were not forgotten - in a positive sense. Of course, it should be mentioned that we communicated the above-mentioned grievances to the Gérant and asked for improvement. The resulting effort is just as disappointing as anything else in this establishment. Conclusion: 140.00 CHF for such a "shithole" is usury. We will not associate the residents and their hospitality with the incompetence of this gerant and will keep this great place in good memory. The Hotel Terminus is the perfect example of what it shouldn't be. We hope that this hotel will soon be replaced by a capable hotelier. In the meantime, we will do everything we can to ensure that no one from our circle of acquaintances sets foot in this establishment. Rooms: 1 Food: 2 Service: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2 Atmosphere: 1
