Siamo rientrati ieri da un fantastico week end in questo meraviglioso hotel....Grifo hotel...posto davvero bello splendido ...circondato da persone cordiali disponibili...In reception ti accolgono con un sorriso e dolci saluti top...Il maitre simpatico e pronto a dare consigli su TUTTO..Lo chef ci ha deliziatocon cenae colazioneda 10 e lode....La spa...Lucia...dolce e premurosa con precisione e ti consiglia i vari percorsi benessere la pulizia e il relax regna sovrano...Pulizia che è in tutto l hotel le camere praticamente luccicano!!! Lo consiglio anzi ...lo straconsiglio !!!! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

"Fuga di compleanno Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti presso questa struttura, accolti con tanta cordialità e professionalità, ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Struttura moderna, pulizia nei minimi dettagli, sia della nostra camera, spaziosa suite, sia degli ambienti comuni e della spa. Colazione per tutte le esigenze, con prodotti fatti in “casa”.Un grande grazie per aver organizzato un piccolo dolce pensiero, che mi ha fatto soffiare sul mio 47esimo compleanno. If I could give 10 stars, I would! The stay in Ischia at this hotel was wonderful from all points of view. To tell the truth, it was not a simple stay, but a real experience. An experience of taste for the thousand delicacies prepared by chef Pasquale and plated in a masterful way, for the sublime desserts such as the caprese, the Sfogliatelle and the thousand breakfast desserts served by the dining room staff led by our favorite maitre d', Enzo, who we admired for his extreme professionalism. It was also an experience for the eyes as the location is elegant, tastefully furnished, very clean and located in a beautiful area, outside the crowds of Ischia port, perched on a green and fresh hill from which you can see the Gulf of Naples, Procida and, in the distance, Vesuvius. The location is also strategic for those wishing to visit Capri, Procida or the Amalfi Coast. In fact, the hotel, located approximately one km from Ischia port, allows you to reach the center in a few minutes thanks to the shuttles made available by the hotel and to take hydrofoils. Furthermore, the hotel was also an experience in terms of human relations as I believe I have never met such welcoming, warm, kind and competent staff. And I would like to remember them all by name because Messrs. deserve a special mention. Grifo, Carmela and Alberto, Antonio, Enzo, Michele, Marika, Pasquale, Federico, Lucia, Luciano... This team also contributed significantly to making our holiday unique!!!! Thank you!!! The hotel also offers customers the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful spa with thermal water pools, sauna, Turkish bath, chromatic showers... and a wellness center that offers the possibility of having specialized massages. The combination of Hotel Grifo and Ischia is a winning one. We won't change it. Next year, if we return to Ischia, it will certainly be at the Grifo hotel. Rooms: Beautiful, very clean, spacious. Air conditioning, safe, terrace. Food and drinks: I recommend having dinner at the hotel. The haute cuisine made available combined with the charming location is superior to any dinner in a local restaurant. Noteworthy details: The hotel offers shuttles to reach Ischia port. The service is very convenient and makes up for the fact that the hotel is located 1 km from the centre.
