Ristorante molto gradevole in ottima posizione. Abbiamo pranzato al sole in un'atmosfera molto piacevole. Ottimo rösti con funghi champignon. Personale gentile e professionale.

Do not come to eat here! They try to scam you with unlimited raclette that you cannot re-fill more than once and they charge you extra. I thought I would share here their reply and give even more context: Their reply: Dear Sir, We have explained to you that the all-you-can-eat formulas are for the people who order it and not for the whole table. You don't have to be an engineer to understand it, it's very logical dear Sir. This also exists in Spain as in the rest of the world. We wish you a nice trip. My response: We were 3. They told us that they can only do refill when paying for 1 raclette for maximum 2 people. Understood. We were going to select something else in the menu. They then quickly said that if we pay for 2 raclettes we can have unlimited refill for 3. That is what we did. Then, we were served one raclette and we were only allowed to be refilled once. That is equivalent to paying 2 and not even refilling once. I guess you don’t need to be an engineer to do that maths. Good business for you. So, long story short, they lied to us when selling the raclette. They do not have a physical claims book and told us that the only way would be to send them an email. Telling customers one thing when selling them and then delivering something else happens in Switzerland as in the rest of the world. But for sure it did happen at the Hotel De Ville.
