We enjoyed a special birthday menu, starting with a beautifully presented mixed appetizer: Vitello tonnato, tiger prawns with avocado, and prosciutto with fresh melon. Every component was fresh, beautifully balanced and full of flavour. The cold gazpacho soup that followed was simply outstanding — fresh, refined and prepared to perfection. A perfect transition to the main course. The highlight was the Châteaubriand, served with crispy fries. The meat was cooked perfectly, incredibly tender and absolutely delicious. Together with the recommended wine pairings, which complemented each course beautifully, it made the whole experience even more special. The food, presentation, wine selection and attentive service made this a birthday celebration to remember. It is clear that great care goes into every detail. A big thank you to the entire Heimelig team for such a fantastic evening. We will definitely be coming back for more! Price per person: CHF 100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
