Arrivare qui può essere un impresa a piedi, o facile con la funivia (o anche ovovia). Si mangia bene ed è ben gestito. Nella camera (che non è accessibile ma è aperta) ci sono anche un cane e un gatto. Molto carino il posto, con una vista pazzesca.

Second time I'm here, the first time was great, the second time was awful. A group of us asked the server nicely if we could sit inside and have coffee (it was half empty). She told us yes but that she was alone and we had to have patience, no problem. We wait and wait and wait, doesn't give us any acknowledgment, 15 min go by. We could see that she was moving at the speed of a snail, chatting with customers, doing everything but getting our coffee order and it was not busy. After what felt like an eternity, she comes over puts the pad and pen down on the table, tells us to write down our oder and walks away. We quickly write it down (only two different types of coffees among 8 of us). We bring the order over to her and thank her again. 15 more minutes go by with her slowly walking around starting our coffee, walking away again, doing another coffee, walking away again, arranging things etc. It was so deliberate after 1/2 hour we said we'd go to the loo and leave. Only at the point did she finally bring the coffees. It was the worst service we had ever experienced... honestly the coffee machine was a push button machine, we could've just made them ourselves but she wouldn't let us. Completely mental experience.

We had a wonderful experience at Gumen hotel! Situated in breathtaking natural beauty, hotel Gumen is a charming, welcoming spot. Katja was an amazing host! She went above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable, well fed and had everything needed. She even made a special dish for our 5 year old daughter for dinner. The hotel itself has checked all the boxes for us: warm, cozy, spotless and comfortable.
