Normally we like to go to Frohsinn. Therefore we had decided this year on 25.12. having a cheerful Christmas dinner with the whole family. Unfortunately, this turned into an absolutely disappointing Christmas Eve. The mood of the staff upon arrival was anything but warm, friendly and festive. This did not change in the course of the evening - on the contrary. Not once did the young 'boss' give us a friendly word, a smile or a request for our thanks. Wine was only refilled on request, my son waited exactly 50 minutes for the second course of Gügelis. This was then brought only after the second follow-up. We only received the dessert menu on request. When asked if there were children's meals, the answer was that French fries or noodles with tomato sauce could be offered. This in a gourmet restaurant at Christmas is very sad and disappointing. We would have liked to have had another bottle of wine, but no one asked for it here either. The only bright spot that evening was the friendly young waitress. This was our last visit in Happiness for the time being. A pity Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
