Where to begin After a rather stressful evening in Switzerland. Hungry and having just received a hotel cancellation at 8:20 PM. We were relieved to find this restaurant. Despite arriving close to closing time, the owners welcomed us with genuine kindness and made us feel completely at ease. They even prepared a fresh, homemade cordon bleu for us without hesitation. Surrounded by mountains, we watched the clouds slowly turn shades of pink as the sun set. It was absolutely stunning. The food was excellent, but what we’ll remember most is their warmth and hospitality. Thank you for turning a difficult evening into a wonderful memory.
