Wasn't in the hotel. Was a paring customer to the bar/Restaurant. But was on my own and waitress completely ignored me to serve larger tables. Waited 20 minutes for a drink. (I only waited to see how long it would take). I speak German and French so not sure why. Went to the bar I the end to get my own drink.

I was stranded here this weekend due to heavy snow in the valley and I stayed at the Elite Hotel 2 nights in a single room, very clean and efficient space. I ate dinner 2 nights here and meals were delicious. The team here is great, it does get very busy because of their location so a little patience will go along way!
