This place has a very local vibe that is approachable and certainly not overstated. Don't go here if you're expecting a typical swiss dining experience with white tablecloths. This has a feel of a Miami cubano (Dominican Republic Flag on the wall) style restaurant with led lights and low key atmosphere. I had the dish El Bandeira (the flag), which is stewed pork rice and beans. It was very, very good and the serving was enough for two people if you wanted a lighter meal. It's also a great place if you want a meal after the traditional swiss restaurant kitchens close at 10pm... I believe the kitchen stays open much later at El Cubanito. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Batida de parcha con leche, ensalada caribeña, and mangú were all fantastic. Do not come here in a rush - take your evening and enjoy some fantastic Dominican food made with care and some great Caribbean vibes. Muchisma gracia por una cena fantástica! Meal type: Dinner
