The manager cancelled my one-night reservation on the day of the arrival to accommodate the other guests. Offered us another hotel nearby, which we declined. A total waste of my time. Service: 1

The owners and staff are super nice! Rooms are great, nicely renovated. We are super well at the restaurant. Parking really convenient. Bus stop very close for sightseeing around. Service: 5

Charming family hotel in Lötchental, a hiker's paradise. Quiet, with sound of gurgling mountain stream, view of magnificent mountains. Blatten is off the beaten track, but the roads and tunnels from the valley to Blatten are excellent. I would like to return next year for some scenic hiking and pleasant nights with the cool mountain air. Rooms are small but comfortable and well renovated. Service: 4

Dear Roy, Thank you very much for your visit and your feedback. We are pleased that you felt comfortable with us. Our hotel is built into two wooden houses in the Valais. The size of the rooms has been predetermined by this. All rooms have one seat per guest and a table or desk. Most of the rooms have a balcony with a great view of the mountains.
