A must try in Neuchâtel. Amazed even locals don't really know about this restaurant. The owner used to run the Pilotis in Cortaillod, took over Thrace de soie a few years ago and turned it into one of the best restaurant in Neuchâtel. The owner always greets new clients and treat them like family, the service is great and the Chef is amazing. The morel toast or the pumpkin soup is a fantastic way to start your meal. For the main course I could'nt recommand more the marinated burgundy. The meat is over the top and the secret mixture added is incredible. My favourite place in Neuchâtel.
