Had the best 4 night stay here. The service was exceptional. Steven and Ivan helped ensure I had the best time in Split. From anticipating my arrival (and helping me with my luggage), assisting me with booking a private boat tour, dinner reservations, and more, they delivered top notch service. I felt so comfortable and welcomed. Location can’t be beat next to the vestibule. The main hotel is beautiful and room was very comfortable. I spent two of the four nights in the Villa. I liked the more quiet location, but felt like the room quality was not the same as the main hotel. The price difference properly reflected this, so I thought it was fair. Highly recommend Hotel Vestibul Palace for your visit to Split! Service: 5
