The only dish I ate here was pizza, which is really not good. It looks nice but the dough is awful, the ingredients are also tasteless, poor quality, the pizza with eggplants was so salty that it was impossible to eat. I felt very bad afterwards, I couldn't digest this rubbery dough. Italian pizza is a craft, an art, a skill to make it, not just a nice-looking round bread cake. The service was very nice. Although we are not sure if you ate in our restaurant. The way you describe our dough (we let it rest for 24 hours to calm to prevent exactly what you experienced) doesn't seem familiar. Nevertheless, we'll keep an eye on our ingredients and in the making of our products - thanks to your honest feedback.
