Dear guest Thank you so much for having taken your time to write this review! We feel terribly sorry that you did not have experienced what you've expected. Although we are not sure if you ate in our restaurant. The way you describe our dough (we let it rest for 24 hours to calm to prevent exactly what you experienced) doesn't seem familiar. Nevertheless, we'll keep an eye on our ingredients and in the making of our products - thanks to your honest feedback.
