I piatti della cucina tedesca e svizzera meritano di essere assaggiati qui. Non c'è niente di meglio che provare i curatissimi polenta, ravioli e insalate. Restaurant Conn potrebbe essere consigliato per i suoi ottimi cremeschnitte e gelato. Dopo una lunga giornata di lavoro, puoi concederti qui un delizioso caffè. I visitatori non amano molto il amaro di questo ristorante.

We went to this restaurant with six friends on December 28th around 12:45 p.m. Unfortunately, the visit was anything but pleasant. The service was unfriendly and it took over two hours to get our food - even though the restaurant was less than half full at the time. What was particularly annoying was that all the other guests who ordered after us received their food before us. Not only did this seem like poor organization to us, it also left us feeling uncomfortable. The whole behavior seemed a bit homophobic to me, which is completely unacceptable in this day and age. I will definitely not recommend this restaurant nor will I visit it again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 70–80 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I was there at the end of December with my friends and I must say that it was the worst treatment I have ever received in a restaurant. We were waiting for more than two hours for our food, and they also first served several people that arrived after us. I never thought I would feel so discriminated against in a country as beautiful and friendly as Switzerland. Service: Dine in Price per person: CHF 90–100 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today I had lunch with my girlfriend at Restaurant Conn. We actually always eat there when we are in Flims or at Lake Cauma, but after today's experience we definitely won't be coming back. Maybe the positive first, the restaurant is beautifully located and the food was good too. However, even the best food no longer tastes good if the service and, above all, the behavior of a service employee is absolutely subpar!! This refers to the bald gentleman who served outside. His behavior is absolutely unacceptable for a job involving contact with guests or customers and is detrimental to business! I have never encountered such unfriendly service before. He was already in a bad mood when we asked for a table and immediately gave us the impression that he didn't want us in the restaurant area... Due to the many wasps that day, we politely asked if we could also have a table inside and then it started... after such a harmless question we were shouted at so much by this gentleman that I would have liked to slap him straight in the face... impossible!!!! And that wasn't an isolated case, almost at the same time another visitor complained about him to the owner and then spoke to me about the employee's unspeakable behavior. I'm very reluctant to give one star because I actually like the restaurant, but after today I have no choice... If that was my employee, he could look for another job tomorrow.
