Qui di può gustare la cucina svizzera. È una buona idea ordinare l'ineguagliabile cordon bleu. L'atmosfera ospitale di questo ristorante dipende in larga misura dal personale, che qui è davvero paziente. Rimarrai sicuramente soddisfatto del veloce servizio. Il più delle volte, Restaurant Chummebuhl ti riserva un'atmosfera simpatica. Gli utenti di Google amano questo locale: si è guadagnato un punteggio di 4.1 stelle.

Simply always worth a visit. I love the beautiful sun terrace and the fine food. The salads are always fresh and crunchy with a very fine sauce. For my dog there is always a "Guetsli" and a bowl of fresh water :) Thank you for your hospitality. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Seit 30 Jahren fahren wir zum Skifahren nach Graubünden, davon seit 18 Jahren nach Obersaxen und haben im Laufe der Jahre verschiedene Restaurants besucht, wovon einige inzwischen zu unseren Stammlokalen geworden sind. Dazu zählt nunmehr das Restaurant Chummenbühl, welches wir auch heute wieder besuchten..... Warum : - es ist weit und breit die einzige Möglichkeit einen echten Röschti zu bekommen - das für uns Deutsche verhältnismäßig hohe Schweizer Preisniveau hält sich hier immernoch in Grenzen - wir würden das gesamte Team dort als sehr gast- und kinderfreundlich bezeichnen, alles läuft hier sehr persönlich und entspannt ab - der Röschti war nicht nur gut und handgemacht, er war einfach köstlich und wirklich ein Genuss wie wir ihn von früher kennen. Wir werden auch beim nächsten Skiurlaub ganz sicher wieder gern bei euch einkehren, nicht nur zum Mittagsprosecco nach der Skischule sondern auch zum Abendessen, bis dahin, bleibt gesund.....
