We booked and paid for a room for two, only to arrive and find a sign stating that both the hotel and restaurant are permanently closed. We called the owner, who told us to look for alternative accommodation because the building had apparently been shut down due to structural issues. Despite this, the hotel later confirmed our reservation with Booking.com, which has made getting a refund extremely difficult. We never even stayed there, yet our payment is still unresolved. Very disappointing experience — we would have appreciated honest communication and a timely cancellation. Service: 1

Breathtaking view in the restaurant & room balcony, spacious room, good food taste and friendly owner. Peaceful around the village.
