Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience during our lunch visit. The buffet had very limited options, and the food was average at best. What made the experience worse was being asked to move to another table to accommodate other customers, which made us feel unwelcome. It seemed like the restaurant prioritizes larger groups over a comfortable family dining experience. The only highlight of our visit was the incredible view of the Swiss Alps, which was absolutely breathtaking. Unfortunately, the food and service did not live up to the spectacular setting. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 80–90 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I recently dined at this Indian curry restaurant with my family, and we were very disappointed. The customer service was practically nonexistent; the staff were highly unprofessional and seemed completely unmotivated to work. Additionally, the food fell far below our expectations. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I do not recommend this restaurant. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ethereal. Serving complex and spicy Indian dishes at the highest place in Europe is no easy job. But Restaurant Bollywood has not only done it, but done it extremely well. The location ofcourse is awesome with a window view to the mountain peak and glacier. Welcome drink of a bubbly champagne/brut was refreshing. Not only the traditional Indian dishes and food for the Jains, we were also offered two Swiss dishes. Wow. Thanks to those who made it possible.
