Questo locale è famoso per proporre cucina svizzera. Curatissimi bistecche, manzo e tartare sono tra i migliori piatti da provare in questo ristorante. We went for lunch, ordered our drinks and had to leave again because they couldn’t, or better said wouldn’t accommodate a gluten allergy. We asked for a normal chicken breast instead of a breaded one on a salad. The answer was simply no no changes to the menu. There was no other option. Also, ordering something from the more expensive side is simply not possible (same kitchen). In which case they simply lose because we would’ve gladly paid more for any other meat option. But sitting in the fancier side was not an option for us since we have two small kids and there is no kids menu on that side. It is a shame that they can’t be a little flexible to accommodate guests. Friday the 13th dinner at the restaurant Baldegg. Everything was good and delicious. From my soup to Mangold main dish to the dessert in glass, panna cotta which was reasonably priced at 5Fr. The only thing that they could improve on was the tea bag which was very, very weak. I like my tea light too. But that poor one alpen chic had no character. Maybe replace it with a better brand and taste and colour. True, you don’t have muchvto choose from in the menu. But thankfully as a vegetarian I liked what I ordered. Price per person: CHF 60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Baldegg offers a rare combination of family friendly fine-dining with a great view over the valley below. The Sunday brunch was outstanding, with a great selection of cold and warm food options. For children, there is an indoor and outdoor play area. Friendly and accommodating staff. There is a parking lot next to the restaurant and a public bus stop. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: CHF 60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
