non c'ĆØ molto da dire, ĆØ uno stellato. la cucina ĆØ di livello, un po caro rispetto a tanti altri 1 stella, una pecca ĆØ che non ci hanno servito nĆ© un entree' ne un aperitivo, pur avendo fatto il percorso degustazione da 194ā¬ bevande escluse, servizio un po' carente per la stella. location eccezionale. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Esperienza fantastica! MenĆ¹ degustazione e wine pairing, ovvero menĆ¹ degustazione con l'accostamento dei vini tutti croati o comunque balcanici, con calice di bollicine anch'esso croato di apertura. I piatti sono perfetti alla vista e al palato cosƬ come gli abbinamenti in una location davvero unica. Servizio professionale e curato. La stella ĆØ piĆ¹ che meritata. Se si cerca una simile esperienza in Croazia ĆØ assolutamente da provare. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other diners should know about this experience. I dined at Restaurant 360 for a special occasion and was genuinely excited to eat there. We were seated on the outdoor terrace, and the foie gras amuse-bouche served to me was contaminated by bird droppings, apparently from birds flying overhead. Unfortunately, I was not aware of this until after I had taken a bite. The taste was immediately unpleasant, and it became clear that the food had been contaminated. To their credit, the staff replaced the course once I informed them. However, I had already eaten part of it, and the incident overshadowed what was supposed to be a memorable meal. The staff also indicated that this was something that had happened before. What disappointed me most was how the restaurant handled the situation afterward. Despite acknowledging what had happened, no adjustment was made to the bill, and when I later contacted the restaurant, my request for a partial refund was declined, even though I had unknowingly eaten contaminated food. Their response was that wildlife incidents in an outdoor dining area cannot always be prevented. I appreciate that birds cannot be controlled, and I am not suggesting the restaurant intentionally caused this. However, serving a contaminated dish that a guest unknowingly eats is a serious issue. At a Michelin-starred restaurant charging premium prices, I expected the restaurant to take greater responsibility for the situation. Unfortunately, the rest of the meal also failed to meet the standard I expected given the restaurantās reputation and price point. Combined with how this incident was handled, I left feeling disappointed. I hope the restaurant reviews its policies for preventing and responding to incidents like this in the future. Based on both the incident itself and the response afterward, I cannot recommend the experience. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
