Over the months leading up to the beginning of 2026, there have been several changes to the restaurant. Since the end of March 2026, it has been renovated and changed from a self-service buffet to a staffed buffet. The opening hours have also been moved from 11:00 to 11:30. While businesses naturally evolve, these changes have made the overall experience noticeably less enjoyable. The move away from self-service has taken away much of the convenience and relaxed atmosphere that made this place stand out. The biggest disappointment, however, is the atmosphere created by the current management. The manager is constantly present on the floor, closely supervising everything, but instead of making guests feel welcome, the effect is quite the opposite. A smile seems to be in permanently short supply, and even the most ordinary interactions can feel unnecessarily tense. Walking into the restaurant sometimes feels like entering a peaceful pond guarded by a hippopotamus acting as the lifeguard—technically someone is there to keep order, but relaxation is no longer part of the experience. It's a shame, because the food remains good, but the atmosphere has changed dramatically. What was once a casual and welcoming place now feels far more rigid and considerably less pleasant to visit.
