I had lunch here every workday for last few years. It beats every other restaurant in Zagreb by a lightyear when it comes to price-performance ratio. Prices are perfect for its intended purpose of being an everyday lunch for many workers in the area, while meals range from simple reliable and tasty to downright fancy, depending on meal. Deffinitely try their friday tuna! But best thing about Restart is that it's incredibly hard to chose a subpar meal, as practically everything they serve adheres to a certain quality standard. Bonus points for having vegetarian menus that don't suck, which is incredibly rare when it comes to catering style restaurants.
