L’automatismo funziona, ma… in caso di necessità dimenticatevi aiuto. All’inizio avevamo problemi all’ingresso e abbiamo scritto ma la risposta non è mai arrivata. Mandano messaggi unicamente in francese di difficile comprensione. Tassa di soggiorno da pagare in cash…cosa complicata per chi non ha mai prelevato durante il soggiorno e impossibilità di dialogo umano. La camera risulta comunque bella e dotata di beni essenziali per un soggiorno piacevole. Location comoda e soprattutto bella vista.

Fantastic stay with our two young kids in a very modern and impeccable 2-room suite with beautiful views of the mountains. Very quiet. Easy parking. Family friendly. Just a couple of suggestions: it would have been useful to have a table in the room; the automatic light that went on in the entry hall is disturbing during the night; a bit of variety for breakfast would have been great (fruit or yoghurt for example)

Code for the rooms was not send on the day of arival. No one onsite. Had to call twice and waste almost an hour on the phone until we finally got the room code late in day. Paid tourist tax with twint acording to notice in the room but later found it again on the room bill. Paid the rest by bank transfer but we were also billed on the credit card we used for reservation. So we paid TWICE. No replies to mails afterwards. We will need to file a lawsuit to get our double payment back.
