Posto davvero accogliente bellissimo camerieri a tua disposizione al 100% cibo fin troppo ottimo Silvio accoglie i suoi ospiti con rispetto ed eleganza e poi c’è Graziano Elia che nel suo lavoro ci mette passione cuore e accoglienza super in poche parole posto super bello e Graziano super fantastico Service: 5 Location: 5

Food and drinks: Al mattino:colazione varia, per gusti e preferenze varie, si passava dal dolce al salato; con caffè, cappuccino, ecc fatti al momento su richiesta, tutto di buon livello.

The place is really run down and needs a renovation, at the moment it looks like 2 star hotel not 4 star place. Room itself was okay, bed was comfy and big, however bathtub was not very clean and we could not even use it as it seemed not to close (broken?). Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, when we arrived there, we were super hungry just to find out that restaurant is open just at the evenings, from 8pm. Receptionist was nice offering us toasts, but the price for 3 small, burnt toasts was 12eur... Such a shame for a 4 star place. The worst we found there was the breakfast, I do dare to say it was the worst breakfast in my life at any place I have stayed. There is just toasts, ham, toaster cheese, cookies and few cakes available. When the waiter brought us the tea we ordered, it was not hot, but barely warm. I didn't even touch it. All other guests also seemed not to like the breakfast and struggle to choose what to eat. Also the staff should be more polite, welcoming and warm. It seemed like they just do not care and just want to work their hours to receive their salary rather than thrive to provide an excellent service and experience.
