It is the food truck of Rakhia International D.O.o. We were in Pula at the Food Truck Festival on the beach where the Meat & Eat truck was set up. The food was so-so. All in all somehow still okay. The biggest criticism was probably the customer service. We couldn't spray any of that. Our order was completely screwed up. Some of the orders were executed incorrectly and things that were ordered and paid for were not delivered. Unfortunately also no plastic bags to take away the food is available we had to carry food for several people with our bare hands. As I said the worst was that the fries had been forgotten and also the ketchup for which we had already paid. We should come back again. ?!?! Unfortunately, the children's menu also attracted negative attention. This is absolutely not recommended, it is a beef patty the size of a watch with an accompanying bun (bread) of the same size. There is no sauce or other ingredients on the burger, just the bare meat with the bread. No lettuce, no onions can't do anything. I can only imagine that whoever designed this burger has no children or has never had anything to do with dealing with children. All in all, this performance is a straight 6. An absolute no-go to sell something like this. The other burgers are also totally overpriced. Just for the hamburger 11 or 12 euros without fries is already above the normal from a foot truck. Especially since the ingredients in terms of freshness and party size don't do it justice either. In any case, the staff should be retrained urgently in terms of customer service and training of the cash register terminals!!! To date we have not received the money back for items that were actually ordered. Delivering fries 30 minutes later, yes, we didn't eat directly at the truck, and then standing in line for another 10 minutes is unfortunately not possible. Also, the fact that the staff "hangs out" around a lounge chair in the customer area and leaves the chef alone isn't that great for a team either. We won't go there again. It's a pity really, because the idea is actually a good one. Update1: Dear Rakhia Bar Team. Thank you for your answer. Since I paid by card, I was given the receipt. I don't know why and why you now say it is not your truck or you are not related to it. The fact is, however, that your name is on the receipt for the tax. The money was thus booked in favor of your company. Please look at my attached photos before answering like this. Your company name is clearly to be solved here. I also clearly mentioned above that my experience was not made in Rijeka location but in Pula. So there is no reason to retract my rating. My ratings are based on my own observations and experiences. I always document with a photo to avoid confusion. Please ask your owners (Diego). Because the alcohol that you sell (The Hogster) and that you describe as your own creation is directly related to the Rakhia International D.O.O. It is therefore the same company / group of companies. I am happy to post further company group details from which the connection results. Ask Diego, he will know! Rakhia Bar is exclusive a night bar that doesn't offer a single dish and is not related to food while Rakhia International deals with food and beverage service.
