When an Indian mother says the food is yummy at an Indian restaurant, then the food is definitely yummy. Great food. The owner who’s also the chef came out and spoke to the guests. Very friendly. Everyone should go there if they are in Frauenfeld. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Price per person: CHF 20–30

I’ve been in Switzerland for a week now, and we had a family dinner at Rai Palace—it was truly a wonderful experience. The restaurant is fantastic, and honestly, I haven’t had Indian food this delicious even in Mumbai. The service was excellent, with warm, welcoming staff, and the owner is an incredibly cheerful and friendly person—one of the most genuinely kind individuals I’ve ever met, whether with kids or elders. The washrooms were spotless, and I was pleasantly surprised to see essentials like sanitary pads, tampons, deodorant, and hair products available for emergencies. They also had proper seating for children, which was a thoughtful touch. What made the experience even more special was seeing so many Europeans enjoying Indian cuisine. Before I head back to Mumbai, I’m definitely coming back here for another meal. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
