This is not just a place, but an experience which however is not for everyone (I do not recommend it for those who are obsessed, those who are badly taken, those who cannot appreciate authenticity and those who are in a hurry). Gabriele is an innkeeper who has traveled the world and is tired of the usual respectability, who treats you well if he feels like it, if he doesn't feel like it he can even tell you to leave because that is his home and no, the customer is not always right. He does everything: cooks, serves, cashiers, entertains. It sources its supplies from local farmers so the menu varies greatly depending on the deliveries. The dishes are genuine like him and it's all really good and the portions are generous. There is attention to detail: since the service is rather slow because there is only him, while you wait he brings you the sardenaira to taste or at the end of the meal some bitters obviously made by him (the chamomile one is excellent!). We found this restaurant via Google map and we were charmed by the photos. However, once there, the surprise was chilling. A very warm welcome from the owner and the waitress. Once the order was placed, we were served quickly (there was only us and another table of two seats on the terrace). The pasta was good and homemade but on the other hand the one with meatballs was much too salty to the point where the dish could not be finished, and the pasta with prawns and zucchini are in reality 5 shrimps fighting in combat in your plate To have paid almost 100€ for 3 dishes and 3 glasses of wine, the bill is very high. It’s unfortunate to end up at McDonald’s because we’re still hungry despite the price paid Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €30–40 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Let’s go:your “5 shrimps” are local violet shrimp from Sanremo which in the afternoon were still into the water and cost about 60€ per kg! Second: the prices are written clearly into the menu;25€ for tagliolini shrimps 16€ tagliolini meatballs 7€ glass of wine 3€ water 2.5€ service! Do the math as my machine does! If the pasta was salty at your palate it’s easier to tell me immediately as I can take out of the check:maybe too easy for you, better writing this stupid review !You better keep going at the MacD and not coming in my place anymore where I put my passion and my time to provide fresh local food home made.good luck More
