Locale super cool, il titolare simpaticissimo e molto preparato sulla scelta dei vini, ottima cantina di vini, mangiato pietanze semplici ma sfiziose soprattuto le tapas

This is not just a place, but an experience which however is not for everyone (I do not recommend it for those who are obsessed, those who are badly taken, those who cannot appreciate authenticity and those who are in a hurry). Gabriele is an innkeeper who has traveled the world and is tired of the usual respectability, who treats you well if he feels like it, if he doesn't feel like it he can even tell you to leave because that is his home and no, the customer is not always right. He does everything: cooks, serves, cashiers, entertains. It sources its supplies from local farmers so the menu varies greatly depending on the deliveries. The dishes are genuine like him and it's all really good and the portions are generous. There is attention to detail: since the service is rather slow because there is only him, while you wait he brings you the sardenaira to taste or at the end of the meal some bitters obviously made by him (the chamomile one is excellent!).
