Thank you for your feedback. However, let’s clarify a few things: our venue operates under a clear and consistent policy—every guest at the table must order something. This is not only standard practice in many premium and curated spaces, but also a necessary rule in our special location where seating is limited and curated for a certain experience. If any members of a group are unwilling to respect the rules we communicate politely and up front, then perhaps our venue simply isn't the right fit for them. There are indeed plenty of local pubs that operate differently, and we absolutely encourage guests who prefer that environment to go there instead. We make no apologies for upholding the standards that define our space. We welcome all guests who are willing to respect them.
