Never had a worse experience at any pump, such unprofessionalism and lack of desire to solve the problem that it is unbelievable. I stopped to fill up with fuel normally and I know that the system is pay first then fill and that's fine, but when I opened the tank cap I noticed that the fuel dispenser wasn't in the right place so I corrected it and went to pay to fill up, when I chose my filling station the machine asked me to pay the amount that someone had already paid and filled before me even though I didn't fill anything, after several attempts I called the pump staff who tried again and persistently they persuaded me to pay, even though I asked how they were asking me to pay for something that I didn't pour, but they just kept repeating that it had to be paid. The only thing that saved me was the limit on the card that I set for such cases, which is 50e, and they asked me to pay 103e, and if I understood the staff correctly, then they would ALLEGEDLY reverse it and the money would be returned, which I did not agree to because the problem has nothing to do with me. After 5-6 minutes of waiting, they just told me that the card is not possible, only cash, and I paid in cash and left. Later, I stopped at the pump again to fill up with fuel, but this time at a different location, but the same Q8, and there they asked me to pay 103e, which means that I cannot fill up fuel on the card anywhere at their pumps until I pay what someone has already paid. A total disaster from the system to the staff.

Hello, please note that in the case of self-service prepay fuel purchases using a credit/debit card, the banking system requires the relevant circuit to carry out a pre-authorization (usually €103, which represents the maximum amount of fuel that can be dispensed in a single transaction). This is a temporary charge (a hold on your available balance) that is later released shortly afterward. We therefore kindly ask you to check with your bank, and if they confirm an actual incorrect charge that is not their responsibility, we ask you to please send us an email at [email protected] attaching the documentation proving the incorrect charge.
