Completely disappointing. We sat down and the waiter informed us that we needed to drink to stay in the outside area of the bar (we could not do it if we would only eat from the place next to the bar, Toni's). We agreed, saw the menu chose and my partner went to request our food from Toni's and the drinks from Puntica. The waiter of Puntica told my boyfriend that he was too busy and that it would take him 10 minutes to give us the cocktails. We waited. In the meantime the food was ready and my boyfriend went to grab it. While I was waiting at the table, Puntica's waiter came to me and started asking extremly rudely why I was sitting at the table if he had previously told me "you can't stay here without drinks, I already told you, what are you doing here? just sitting?". I tried to explain the situation and he didn't let me, just kept being rude and disrespectful to me. My boyfriend arrived at the table and the waiter kept arguing for a while. After one minute or so, he recognised my boyfriend, let him speak, and guess what? He apologized to my boyfriend instead of apologizing to me. After 10 more minutes (total of 20) the cocktails arrived at our table without an apology to me and honestly they were terrible. A waste of money and it honestly ruined my lunch (which by the way was great - as a contrast Toni's restaurant next door was amazing, both staff and food were great, Puntica has something to learn). Price per person: €10–15 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
