Il cameriere molto gentile, il cibo era discreto ma freddo! Due fritture di calamari servite fredde non sono proprio l’ideale!!

Bistro Promenade never again. Terrible service. I give one star because the waiter finally, after a small exchange of opinions, was willing to call the boss and he "allowed" us to sit at a bigger table than the small one he had originally decided to assign to us and strongly insisted on it. We don't rate the food, after 20 minutes of waiting we didn't even get to order drinks. At dinner time around 6:30 p.m. the waiter crowded around the counter and ignored us harshly. I suppose it was revenge for the fact that we insisted on moving to a bigger table than he originally assigned us. In the establishment where there were about 20 tables, only three were occupied besides us. And the poor waiter had so much going on, especially with his own dinner at the counter, that he couldn't keep up, so we finally gave up. We have been going to various places in Croatia for over 20 years, but what I experienced at the Bistro Promenade in Crikvenica is far from any kind of hospitality. I am convinced that it was really the exception that proves the rule. And the one who is responsible for this will think about himself properly. Fortunately, we were fully compensated by our competition - Bistro LUNA - a business right next door. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
