On that evening it was hard to reserve a table but we managed to get one because we really wanted to try the wild trout dishes. Everything was wonderful, the flavors were rich and fresh. We came back here after a long time and everything has only gotten better. The food was very delicious especially the fish. We had a cold starter which was not only tasty but also beautifully presented. The waitress was very attentive and recommended a local white wine. We had been wanting to visit this restaurant for a long time and finally we made it. It took us a few days to get a reservation since the place is really popular. The atmosphere is cozy and pleasant and you can tell that everything is done with great taste. But the main thing is the food. The trout was absolutely amazing, tender and flavorful with a light smoky note. The portions are well balanced, the presentation is beautiful and the taste is on the level of good European restaurants. Now we completely understand why it is so hard to get a table here.
