Se cercate un ristorante immerso nelle colline di Casteggio, questo è il posto perfetto. La location è incantevole, con una vista mozzafiato che rende l’atmosfera ancora più speciale. Il personale, dai camerieri ai proprietari, è estremamente gentile e accogliente, facendoti sentire come a casa. Il cibo è eccellente, con un’attenzione particolare al risotto, che è senza dubbio uno dei piatti forti del menu. Il tutto accompagnato da un vino di loro produzione, di ottima qualità e perfetto per esaltare i sapori delle portate. Un’esperienza che consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia trascorrere una serata piacevole, tra buon cibo, ottimo vino e un’atmosfera unica. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Evento “balletti e vinelli”: al di là dello spritz che era a dir poco imbevibile mail problema peggiore è stato il parcheggio e l’impossibilità di andarcene. Strada completamente bloccata fino a Casteggio. Nessuno dell’organizzazione che si sia preoccupato di evitare questo disagio. E meno male che si tratta di un Wine Resortmai più. Nemmeno in cartolina.

I went to this restaurant on a Saturday evening with 4 other people. Very nice atmosphere with attention to detail, it promised to be a nice evening in company but instead one of the worst dinners of my life. The waits for service were very long, to have the first course on the table 1 hour and a quarter and no one came to apologize or give anything in the meantime, another hour of waiting for the second course. The risotto, difficult to define as such, was inedible and the beef fillet not at all tender and very stringy. The only thing that survived was the wine. Another problem was the invasion of mosquitoes for half an hour when we couldn't sit still at the table and above all for the rest of the evening the presence of flying ants which invaded the table. I understand that we are in a place surrounded by nature, but there would be many precautions to avoid these unpleasant situations. We also explained to the owner all the inconveniences encountered during dinner. Once we reach the end, we find ourselves with a bill of 272 euros, for 5 people, of which after all we are only given a discount of 2 euros to make up the round figure.

In detail, it is not true that no one came to apologize: You yourself mention me in your comment, the complaints were addressed to me when I came to the table and, after having admitted and apologized for the delays due to the contingent lack of staff, I highlighted to you that flying ants and mosquitoes are inevitable and only present at sunset, as our location is immersed in the vineyards. Regarding the opinions on the dishes served, I won't go into the merits as they are personal tastes. We are sorry that you were not satisfied, despite our daily commitment to improving the dishes and the service; being, as already mentioned, suppliers of starred restaurants with our wines (of which you are a visitor), we have not lived up to your expectations. I honestly cannot invite you to try again because, without presumption, we always give the best and therefore we would be unlikely to encounter those who consider an experience with us as the "worst of their life".
