Ladies and Gentlemen I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my last visit to your branch. I was shopping with you on [date] between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with an employee who was wearing glasses. During my shopping I felt uncomfortable as I and my companion were repeatedly given inappropriate looks. When paying, we were spoken to in an unfriendly tone and accused of unnecessarily complicating the payment process. When I politely pointed out that this could also be communicated to us in a respectful manner, I received a comment in response that I found to be very unprofessional. I believe that every customer should leave the store with a positive shopping experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit and I will think carefully about purchasing from you again.
