Hello Stefan, I'm really sorry of your bad experience. Les Menteurs are not a Coffee shop but a restaurant and the people working there are not barista but nice people who welcome client warmly. Next time, come to me (to the roastery) and let me know of your expectations. All the beverages are homemade and I can understand that the Ice tea doesn't taste to you but it's a brewed everyday at our place. Most of people appreciate it, sorry that this ice tea is not your taste. My roastery Pouponne & Loulette is a separate business from Les Menteurs and I can't not assume the final beverage but don't hesitate to come to me next time.
