I shopped there first and it will be the last as well... The personnel was so unfriendly on the evening of 05.10.24. I was asking a simple question related to the meal since I don't eat pork however she was telling me that I should call somewhere to learn it... I felt so disappointed.. I would never go to shop there again even if they were offer me free stuff to take.. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Saturday September 21, 2024, it is 7:35 p.m. The bakery closes at 8:00 p.m. The saleswoman is on the phone with a woman and says to her: "You'll be happy, I have lots of things for you this evening...there's a little bit of everything!" The windows are empty! But behind the saleswoman are around ten transparent cones full of sweets, rolls and pastries... I'm pregnant and I admit I have a terrible craving for sweetness! I don't have time to ask for anything as the saleswoman tells me: "I have nothing left!" To which I respond that there are all these cones behind her and that I would really like to buy one. She answers me: I can't sell you any, they are for an association. Then she adds: “I do, however, have this cone from yesterday to sell you.” I think I'm just dreaming! I refuse. I politely insist by asking for just one cone. Madame sighs deeply and raises her voice: “I’ll give you one, but it’s really exceptional!” (She doesn't give me anything at all since I remember that I bought it). She puts down the cornet very angry. I keep calm and place my ticket on the counter. Madam dares to throw my change at me while sighing again! What can I say???? What to do???? Nor “goodbye” or anything similar. I run away from there so as not to lose my calm. I completely understand the anti-waste principle, but when the day's merchandise is still present during opening hours, I don't understand why the customer cannot claim it! Otherwise, it is better to close shop at 7:30 p.m. if your clearances are already done and you no longer wish to sell this merchandise, for the benefit of associations. Sunday evening, September 22, 2024, I go back: same saleswoman, sitting behind the window, on her cell phone. I clearly give up going in and go to the Coop (the windows are, once again, emptied!).
