Expensive and unfriendly. I paid €38 for one night in a 20-bed dorm with all the beds crammed together. Despite the price, a hot shower was not included — it cost €4 for just 3 minutes! The website said it was included, but once there, I was told I should have booked it online. The staff were consistently rude whenever I asked for anything. Overall, the refuge is overpriced and unwelcoming. Not recommended. Service: 1

We have been insulted by the staff because we missed a sign saying there was a special hidden place for bicyle. I would not recommend this place to any cyclist. The people there are just very aggressive and not welcoming at all. Service: 1
