Struttura accogliente e tranquilla, comoda per famiglie perché genitori si rilassano in altre attività proposte e i bambini sono a diversi in piscina tra animatori ecc, GLI animatori Enrico Antonio e Chiara sono stati davvero il top, unica cosa e prezzo caro e cibo deluso. Our holiday at Poseidon this summer was pleasant but certainly far from our expectations. In general the place is well structured and very nice, the food is good, the waiters are polite and quick, the entertainment is nice (a little repetitive) but I must say the girls at the reception are not very attentive to the needs of the customers. Our stay in the village lasted 21 days with full board so I'll leave you to imagine the cost... Despite this our rooms were always dirty, when we asked the lady at the reception to clean them more carefully, she replied that we could also leave if the cleanliness was not to our liking... after two weeks of stay we asked to change the sheets (having a one year old girl who obviously gets dirty more easily), we were told that it was not expected but the sheets were changed it would only happen at the end. And if we had stayed there for two months would we never have had the sheets changed? Not to mention the towels that were brought once and not twice and had to be requested... In addition to the sand that was not collected everywhere and the cobwebs that are present in all parts of the structure, not just in the rooms. The last thing that made us lower the average and made it clear that the structure really lacked the ability to approach customers was the last day: although we knew that we would have to leave the structure by 10 in the morning, we asked for the kindness of to be able to use the beach service for a couple of hours while waiting to leave, we took the liberty of asking because it was September 2nd there weren't many people, but we were asked for a supplement of 20 euros for this request after having paid almost 8 thousand of holiday! This is not hospitality or even knowing how to market because for 20 euros you could have kept dear customers who will certainly never come back!
