Per fortuna qui puoi provare la cucina turca. Passa il tempo gradevolmente qui, godendoti esotici pizza e spiedini con gli amici. Il personale è molto sveglio: è questo che rende Portofino così gradevole. Rimarrai sicuramente contento del simpatico servizio. Dal punto di vista degli ospiti, l'atmosfera è attraente. Ma gli utenti di Google non hanno assegnato un punteggio alto in questo ristorante.

Il locale il Venerdì (secondo l'orario) chiude alle 24. Alle 23.30 mi hanno detto di consumare il mio pasto fuori dal locale. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: CHF 10–20

NOT RECOMMENDABLE. We have been to the Portofino many times, but today the service was so bad that we will definitely not be going back. Three of us stopped by to place an order for our family (9 kebabs/pizzas total). We had to queue for a while and when it was our turn there were about 5 people waiting behind us. The member of staff started frantically making part of the order and barely listened to our requests. He threw meat and the already very brown fries into the 3 ordered boxes at the same time, added sauce and closed them immediately. The kebab bread was already getting very dark in the oven. When we kindly asked him to add salad and vegetables to the kebab boxes, he just said loudly: "NO!". We asked several times and kindly asked him for salad. We even offered to pay an extra charge. He completely ignored us at first and then after asking about 5x answered that the boxes are full and other people are waiting for their order. After that he completely ignored us again. Whenever there was a question, he just wanted to know what was coming on the next pizza. Finally we threatened to leave the restaurant - again we were asked what should be on the pizza. When we asked if he understood us, he just said, annoyed: "Yes." We left and won't be back. We have never encountered such unfriendly, unmotivated service in a restaurant.
