Ambiente informale e sobrio , peccato che di sera la vista mare non venga illuminata . Alcune portate sensoriali e meritevoli con piatti del territorio rivisitati, vini serviti in abbinamento da migliorare , alcuni mediocri e servite bottiglie già aperte , non rispettoso del costo e di un ristorante stellato . La signora (per modo di dire....) è di una villania unica e non conosce l'abc della ristorazione. Comunque è una trattoria che stranamente......michelin ha segnalato!!! Consiglio di evitare questo che viene chiamato ristorante. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

we booked a table outside for 08/08/2024, at least 10 days before, an important date for us because it is our anniversary. We have been celebrating our day in this place for 5 years, I even received my marriage proposal here, but unfortunately they lost two regular customers. we arrive on the scheduled day and drama, our reservation was nowhere to be found. their transcription error, the reservation was made with a man who we assume is the chef since, being regular customers, we recognize the voices. I underline that at 7.30pm we called the restaurant at least 10 times to warn them that we would be a little late (think about our level of education compared to theirs) coming from Vieste and they didn't even answer one call, at least if yes had they deigned we would have known earlier about the lack of our reservation, we would have avoided leaving, facing the traffic of this day in the middle of the working season for us too, we would have avoided looking for parking, paying for it, etc etc. returning to us, a non-existent table, we were left at least 15 minutes waiting for a response which took the form of: "I'm sorry, we don't know if and when we will be able to get you to eat". the thing that hurts the most is that the landlady, Mrs. Annalisa, didn't even bother to look us in the face or come and apologize personally, but sent us an employee, which I considered a great lapse in style. I would like to point out that on 08/08/2022 we even stayed at your facility, and a not dissimilar situation occurred with the room booked even in the month of February in order not to run the risk of not finding availability given the period and given the importance of this date for us. Mistakes can happen, but from a restaurant like this we expect another ability to manage the unexpected, because in fact the unexpected was not managed and we were simply kicked out in a nice way. I'm sorry to say it but perhaps the star isn't deserved, not for the quality of the food which this year we don't allow ourselves to judge as we weren't even given the chance to taste it (although I admit that already last year we noticed a clear down to a culinary level), but because in a place like this you expect a completely different way of managing the problem, being a Michelin star means above all and also this, cases Mrs. Annalisa and chef Domenico. you ruined our anniversary but then we had the pleasure of eating in another place in Peschici where we enjoyed delicacies and felt extremely pampered, unlike the VILE way you treated us. as tourist operators we are indignant to say the least. remember that getting a star is one thing, keeping it is another and I really think that you are not on the right track. one thing is certain: you have lost 2 regular customers (I would like to underline Viestani) who will certainly no longer give you all the good publicity that was given to you until yesterday, on the contrary.
