Cibo davvero ottimo, atmosfera e servizio sono da self service,prezzi più bassi rispetto ai punti ristoro nel parco (che sono un salasso). Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

After a morning exploring Plitvice Lakes’ cascading waterfalls and turquoise lakes, dining at Poljana Restaurant was the perfect midday retreat. Nestled on Velika Poljana plateau in the heart of this UNESCO World Heritage site, this charming eatery offers an authentic Croatian experience that delights all the senses . The restaurant’s rustic wooden interior, with its warm traditional decor and cozy open hearth, immediately creates a welcoming atmosphere . We chose a table on the sun-dappled summer terrace, where we were serenaded by birdsong and the distant murmur of waterfalls . The attentive, friendly staff provided exceptional service, making us feel right at home. Every dish was crafted with care using fresh, locally sourced ingredients from the Lika region, showcasing the area’s rich culinary heritage . The generous portions and reasonable prices offered excellent value, especially for a park restaurant. Poljana Restaurant perfectly balances delicious food, warm hospitality, and stunning natural surroundings, making it an essential stop for any visitor to Plitvice Lakes.
